Preliminary Justification : On September 28 2020, the Ministry of Health and Sports officially called for questions regarding COVID-19 prevention and control which will be responded by the respective experts and professionals via Facebook in joint with MRTV. Starting from September 28, there will be one question section and three answer sections weekly. Weekly, there will be one day for question and three days for answer section. Based on the Facebook comments under these posts, we want to find out the public queries and concerns about COVID-19 and the experts’ response to the queries in Myanmar.
 
Preliminary Aim : To find out the public queries and concerns about COVID-19 and the experts’ response to the queries in Myanmar.
 
Preliminary Objectives : To detect the public queries and concerns about COVID-19 via Facebook comments and the experts’ response to the queries in Myanmar
 
Preliminary Sample Size : Two data sources will be used. For the queries and concerns, the sample will be the questions and comments under 12 MOHS Facebook posts relating COVID-19 questions and answers starting from September 28. Systematic random sampling methods will be done by collecting every 5th comment. Inclusion criteria: Comments under 12 MOHS Facebook posts relating COVID-19 questions and answers starting from September 28. Exclusion criteria: greeting comments, sticker comments, photo comments, reply comments and un-relevant comments under 12 MOHS Facebook posts relating COVID-19 questions and answers starting from September 28. For the expert response, the data from 9 live video clips regarding questions relating to COVID-19 starting from September 29 will be recruited.
